What’s the minimum order?
Personalized gift boxes can be ordered as a single unit. Custom-printed wholesale runs start at 250 units for most styles, with lower minimums on select sleeves — just tell us what you need.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for wineries, distilleries, and retail brands.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. Pre-production samples and physical proofs are available for bulk orders so you can approve the real thing before we produce the full quantity.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — rigid boxes, sleeves, mailers — to reach volume pricing across your program.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, dieline, and specs on file so repeat orders match exactly.
Do you charge for mockups?
No. We send a free dieline and digital proof with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal. No print-ready art? Send a logo photo or PDF and our designers rebuild it print-ready for free.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Our designers can build print-ready artwork from a reference or a rough idea.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We colour-match to your brand guidelines so every box in the run is consistent.
Can you personalize each box individually?
Yes — send a spreadsheet of names or messages and we can individually personalize boxes, common for weddings and events.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, until you approve. Revisions are always free.
How long does production take?
Personalized gift boxes ship in 3–5 business days. Custom bulk runs ship in about two weeks from approved proof.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes — rush is available for firm deadlines. Send us your date and we’ll confirm.
Can you match my exact bottle?
Yes. Send your bottle dimensions or the bottle itself and we build a custom dieline and insert so it fits snugly with no rattle or breakage.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide, with quoted shipping based on quantity and destination. International shipping is available on request.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If a box arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved proof, we remake the affected items — see our Return Policy.
How much do custom bottle boxes cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote. Typical per-box ranges run roughly $2.40–$14 depending on style, stock, size, and finishes.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, box style, and decoration. A quick quote gives you the accurate number — usually within one business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, ACH, and purchase orders for established businesses and agencies.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable quote, tell us — we’ll do our best to beat it.
What finishes are available?
Full-color offset and digital print, gold/silver/copper foil, blind and registered emboss, spot gloss, soft-touch and matte lamination.
Are the boxes eco-friendly?
All standard stock is FSC-certified and recyclable, and we print with soy-based inks. A fully compostable range is available on request.
What are the boxes made of?
Depending on style: wrapped rigid greyboard, premium folding carton, or kraft corrugate, with custom foam, pulp, or die-cut inserts.
