The one safeguard: if your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake and replace the affected items at no charge. This is a production guarantee, not a return — it covers manufacturing errors, not changes of mind or artwork you approved.

Our free proof-and-approval step exists precisely so you can review and sign off on every detail before we produce your order. If anything looks off in your proof, we’ll revise it — unlimited times, at no charge — until it’s right.
